Branding, packaging and label design: our client, Sommet, wanted to launch a delicious and innovative product: sparkling water in cans with natural flavors, 0% calories, sugar and coloring. A unique drink, designed for high level experiences and unforgettable moments.
Our challenge:
To design a sophisticated, fresh and natural brand. We sought to evoke high-level benefits, flavors and experiences that were contained in each can. Before designing the labels, we held strategic brand workshops where we defined a clear plan for Sommet, defining the brand must always convey refreshment and casual elegance.
To achieve this we designed a graphic system made up of a unique typography, where letters expressed the bubbles of sparkling water. For the label design, we made different custom made illustrations for the brand, inspired by each of the flavors: watermelon, peppermint cucumber and kalamansi.
The graphic system came to life in the brand’s iconic elongated cans, its boxes and different merchandising pieces. We built a brand that soon made its way up into the market, making a strong impact with each of its flavors and experiences, refreshing each person with a unique combination of flavor, freshness and natural benefits.
In this project, in addition to branding, packaging and label design, we worked on the art direction and photography with White Studios.
