POP (point of purchase) furniture design in Colombia for Pepsi. Supermarket shelf display design is a very important touch point for mass consumption brands. The design of this type of display must excel at reflecting a brand’s essence. The objective of POP material is to stand out from the competition on the shelves.
In this project for Pepsi we worked from strategic thinking. We defined visibility objectives and based on this we developed an information hierarchy system to capture people’s attention at the point of sale.
We have worked in POP furniture as consultants and designers for Pepsi in different projects over the years. We have designed displays for supermarkets, shelf talkers, and posters among other objects for restaurants and points of sale. We have also worked in different seasonal campaigns, such as Christmas. The design of POP material, along with label design, is essential for any mass consumer product. That’s why we always seek to base our design decisions on a strategic approach that takes into account costumer journeys.
